Rebecca Y. Lee is a queer/bi Taiwanese American editor, travel advisor, DEI consultant, and events coordinator based in Los Angeles. She earned her BA in the Study of Women and Gender (women, race, & culture focus) from Smith College and did coursework in Cultural, Media, and Museum Studies at Claremont Graduate University.
Currently a project editor in digital learning resource production and co-lead of the LGBTQIA+ employee resource group at Sage Publishing, she has also edited copy for and contributed to feminist film and comics review sites, poetry journals, and small business branding. A detail-oriented problem-solver with a head for process improvement, she brings her passion for social justice, access, knowledge, and equity to every part of her work.
In her free time, she enjoys sci-fi/fantasy media, live theatre, playing tabletop games, hosting community gatherings, rock climbing, crafting, and cooking/eating all kinds of food.
